Timestampers LLC has the chance to change history.  This is of course a normal feat that is done on a quarterly basis after the government bids out the next opportunity for a company to send someone in the past and affect their present.  Xander is a lowly analyst that works for Timestampers and he is putting the finishing touches on the time travel project, the assassination of Walt Disney in 1959.
