Mealvadev has issues.  He is a bit of a drunk, he can't focus on anything except women, and he is a leprechaun who is not good at doing what leprechauns do.  He hopes to one day mature into a powerful dragon, but unless he can help a young woman back onto her life's destined path, somehting 453 other nature spirits couldn't accomplish, he may never get the opportunity.
